Do We Like Dogs at Madres? Duh!

We have several ways of answering this question about Madres Espresso liking dogs.

One, we can let you be the judge. The next time you stop by our coffee stand on Cooper Point Road, bring your dog (s), and witness for yourself the love sent your dog’s way by our barista. We do not hesitate to say that no matter which barista is working when you arrive. We know there will be doggie love given.

Or fine, stop by our coffee shop on Pacific Avenue.  If you need more convincing, feel free to bring your pooches to that stand. Order your mocha, order your Latte, order whatever you want, but be prepared to be served after your dog receives his/her treat because, well, we love dogs.

Two, we present this piece of evidence as Exhibit A: Our owner, Amanda, owns a dog rescue agency when she isn’t running two businesses, named Madres Mutts.  In fact, if you asked her, she probably spends more time rescuing dogs than she does in the coffee stands.

Why?

BECAUSE WE LOVE DOGS, that’s why!

The mission statement for Madres Mutts:  Our rescue mission is to fight for the forgotten, and to provide sanctuary for the dogs left behind on the euthanasia lists of high kill shelters.

So, to answer the question in the title, do we like dogs at Madres Espresso?

No . . .
