Balancing Coffee Convenience with Great Service
Why do people go to a coffee stand?
For one, it is a convenience most people love. They don’t have to fiddle around with the coffee maker in the morning, they can just drive up to the coffee stand, give their order (or call ahead), and drive away in a matter of minutes.
Another reason would be the friendly service and the feeling of community, being greeted by the same smiling face, being treated like you really matter, a sense of being important and being valued.
The goal, at Madres Espresso, is to balance these two aspects of our business. We understand that some people are in a hurry and do not want to sit in line, but we also know that many of our customers love to interact with their favorite barista, and meaningful interaction takes time.
Our purpose, then, in writing this article, is to tell you that we understand, and we are trying to make that balancing act a win-win situation for all of our clients. We promise to do our best to get you in and out quickly, but we also promise to make you feel valued and important because, well, you are.
Madres Espresso is locally owned and operated, and that means we are Olympia residents serving our neighbors . . . and that sense of community has always been a guiding light for us when we conduct business.
Stop in and say hello at our flagship coffee stand on Cooper Point Road, or our newest coffee stand on Pacific Avenue. Two great locations, one singular purpose, to provide the best coffee service in Olympia.
