Why One Coffee Stand is Better than Others

We were talking about this the other day, during a conversation about us being voted the Best of the South Sound.

Why is that? Why were we voted the best? What is there about Madres Espresso which sets us apart from all the other espresso stands in Olympia, Tumwater, and Lacey?

We all make coffee drinks. We all have pastries and small sandwiches.  We all offer convenience in shopping with our drive-through coffee stands.

The only thing we could think of was this: not all coffee stands offer outstanding customer service, the kind you will find at Madres Espresso.  It turns out that people really do pay attention to how they are treated. They really do pay attention to the ready smiles and the thank yous. They do pay attention to lighthearted conversations and the willingness to do the little things that matter.

Madres Espresso, the Best of the South Sound . . . we are pretty darned proud of that.
